A community town hall with local and national experts on cancer advocacy, survivorship, caregiving, navigation, policy, and patient rights.
We The Patients LIVE: Raleigh is a free community town hall designed for anyone who wants cancer care to make more sense and cause less harm. The event creates a safe, practical learning space where patients, caregivers, families, clinicians, and students come together to understand the realities of cancer care and the tools that make it easier to navigate.
Attendees will learn how to manage insurance challenges, understand their legal rights, reduce financial strain, and find credible support during and after treatment. The program focuses on what people face every day: confusing benefits, employment worries, denied claims, limited resources, and the emotional and financial strain that comes with a diagnosis.
