We The Patients (“WTP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates as a for- profit media and advocacy organization with a nonprofit fiduciary partner. Our mission is to build a national movement protecting the rights, dignity, and power of patients, survivors, caregivers, and families. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, join our campaigns, or interact with us online.

Membership in We The Patients does not imply any fundraising obligation. We do not solicit donations from members. Any voluntary contributions will be processed through our nonprofit fiduciary partner and governed by separate disclosures.
